Located in the bold city of Jacksonville, Florida, Arise Wellness is a private practice group of compassionate, knowledgeable counselors with a widespread focus which allows for the confidential care of many individuals, children, teenagers, couples, and families in our community and beyond. Each therapist at Arise Wellness is trained in family systems, strength-based, and solution focused therapies, but has her own unique background and style.

Founded in early 2020 during a world pandemic, Arise Wellness was a concept based on a desire to guide others through the aftermath of crisis, trauma and overall life adjustments and dilemmas.

Today, Arise Wellness has become an avenue to address issues beyond using worksheets, treatment plans and cookie-cutter interventions. We believe that any person is deserving of healing and at the center of our work is unconditional positive regard and acceptance.
