REGISTERED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST / REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING INTERN
As a dually-licensed in training therapist, I use a client-centered approach within a holistic framework, viewing each person as a whole — mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing begins in a space of safety, understanding, and genuine connection.
My therapy approach is 100% client-centered, grounded in unconditional positive regard, empathy, authenticity, and deep listening. This supportive, nonjudgmental environment empowers clients to explore their inner world, build trust in themselves and others, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth. I witness powerful transformations — increased self-awareness, improved self-esteem, and deeper, more authentic relationships. Through active listening and genuine presence, I help facilitate lasting emotional connection, both within and beyond the therapy room.
I aim to create a compassionate environment where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and discover meaningful paths toward growth and balance. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping each person find clarity and confidence in their own story.
I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges related to mood and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationships and family dynamics, identity and life transitions, and overall emotional well-being. Many clients describe their work in therapy as a journey of releasing guilt, shame, or insecurity and developing deeper self-acceptance, connection, and inner peace.
My work is gentle, authentic, and collaborative, helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their sense of wholeness.
